When your home is completed, you will receive a five-year limited warranty in addition to our pre-settlement inspection punch list and post-settlement inspection list. We will respond promptly to your concerns. You will find our warranty personnel to not only be good with their tools, but also be insistent on your satisfaction.

Our history
W.B. Homes is a family-owned business founded in 1986 by William Bonenberger. For our first ten years, W.B. Homes concentrated on building a reputation for upscale single family homes. Since then we have expanded our product line to include active adult communities and upscale townhome communities, all the while working hard to earn the trust of our customers and our reputation as one of the area's premier builders.
